1. By joining or logging in to CavaCat you are agreeing to abide by the following terms of service. If you do not agree to follow the terms then you must cease use of this site immediately.


2. CavaCat is intended for use by people who are 13 years of age or older. Anyone who is under 13 and still wishes to join must have the permission of a parent or guardian.


3. CavaCat reserves the right to close or shut down for any length of time, permanently or temporarily, without warning or reason given. We reserve the right to change, alter, add, or remove any content at any given time. The use of CavaCat is on a as is basis and without warranty.


4. Users of this site are given many privileges. Privileges include but are not limited to: logging in to your user account, interacting with other users on the site, using virtual items, and using virtual currency. The use of this site and its content is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to take away these privileges from any user at any time for any reason without prior warning.


5. You agree to allow CavaCat to collect your email and IP address. This information is only accessible to you and the administrators of CavaCat and will not be distributed to any third parties unless required to by law.


6. You agree to allow CavaCat to place cookies on your computer for the purpose of holding user information while you are logged in to the site.


7. Keep your personal information personal. You should never give another user your full name, home address, phone number, password, or any other personal information. Asking another user for personal information is prohibited.


8. We reserve the right to monitor, alter, or remove user submitted content but we are under no obligation to do so. A user is responsible and accepts complete liability for any content he/she posts on or uploads to CavaCat and agrees that CavaCat will not be held responsible for it.


9. CavaCat may contain links to third-party web sites. We do not control or monitor these web sites in any way and we will not be held responsible for any of their content. If you decide to access any third-party website you are doing so at your own risk.


10. The posting/uploading of illegal content, links to sites with illegal content, pornography, or anything that is intended to in any way harm another person is prohibited.


11. The harassment or slander of another user is prohibited.


12. Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage in the game is not allowed. If you have more then one account then you should not transfer items, coin, gems, etc, as it will put you in violation of the terms of service.


13. Any bugs, errors, or glitches you encounter on CavaCat must be reported to the site staff. Using these bugs to gain an advantage in the game (gain coin, gems, items etc) is not allowed.


14. All content (text, images, code, etc), with the exception of user submitted content and where otherwise stated, is copyrighted to us. As a user you do not acquire ownership rights to any of the sites content.


15. The above terms of service are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review this page periodically to check for updates.


16. Any violation of these terms may result in having your account stripped of privileges, as are described above on line 4, or being banned from the site.
